Group therapy can be an incredibly powerful way to connect to others, and to develop understanding about the impact we’re having on other people and how we react to others’ impacts on us.
Group therapy can be done in a variety of formats. I typically run groups weekly or fortnightly for a set period of time (for instance, once per week for 10 weeks), with participants committing to attend each session during that period.
